FERTITTA BAND DATES 2009/2010: This calendar is incomplete and additions to the calendar after 8/30 will be posted in red.

September:

8               Agreement Form due for 'A' grade. Grade will drop one letter grade for each day the
                form is late after the 8th. If students do not have printers at home, they can either
                print the form in a
                computer lab at school or get the form from Ms. Ball, the Librarian.

22            Open House. Varsity Band (Wind Ensemble) will perform.

October:

5               No School. Teacher Inservice Day.

21             Fall Varsity Concert @ Fertitta M.S.

29             Intermediate and Varsity Bands to Durango H.S. for D.H.S. football game.

30             No School. Nevada Day.

November:

2               No School. Teacher Inservice Day.

26-27        No School. Thanksgiving Break.

December:

10            Winter Concert @ Fertitta M.S.

21            Winter Break begins

January:

4              Classes resume.

14            CCSD Solo and Ensemble entries due (varsity/intermediate students)

15            No School. Teacher Inservice Day.

18            No School. MLK Day.

30            CCSD Solo and Ensemble Festival @ Clark H.S.

February:

19            No School. Teacher Inservice Day.

TBA         Pre-Festival Concert @ Feeder High School. Wind Ensemble.

March:

11            CCSD Varsity Band Festival @ UNLV's Ham Hall. Parents please attend!!!

20            Middle School Honor Band Auditions @ Roy Martin Jr. High.

29            Spring Break begins.

April:

5              Classes resume.

May:

TBA        Spring Concert @ Fertitta Middle School.

4            CCSD Middle School Honor Band Concert @ UNLV Ham Hall.

June:

2            Last Day of School for students. Summer Break begins.
